What we have done:

  • Facilitation of boards in both private and public sector

We have provided strategic leadership conferences for many boards within the government and private sectors. We offer sound and professional expertise because we know how to work with senior leaders.

  • Series of leadership conferences for senior leadership group

We were engaged to run a series of conferences for the senior leadership group of a large government agency. The goal was to work through strategic issues facing the group and to design preferred futures. We employed design thinking techniques such as prototyping change to help them generate ideas. We designed each conference to build on the previous conference. Over time, the senior leadership group developed a strong sense of direction and collegiate behaviour.

  • Leadership conference for new division

We were asked to work with a newly formed leadership group. The goal was to build on the strengths of each member of the group. We designed a conference based on appreciative inquiry (www.appreciativeinquiry.org ) and drew on the positive foundations in the leadership group.

Examples of what we produce:

  • Leadership events for boards
  • Leadership events for executives
  • Leadership events for divisions and branches
  • Leadership dialogue packs
