Steph brings an excellent track record in public and client service delivery to ThinkPlace. A highly-disciplined project manager, Steph is also a skilled and engaging facilitator, coach and design practitioner. She is responsive, inquisitive, and dedicated to quality outcomes.
Steph has undertaken significant projects to design and deliver public services, strategic planning, user research, change programs, operating models, business processes and digital experiences.
She led the design and delivery of the City of Boroondara’s flagship Customer Experience Improvement Strategy and the Department of Finance’s staff intranet redesign, as well as being the go-to strategic planning and change facilitator for a number of Senior Executive Service officers and C-level agency staff across government.
Steph’s frank and direct approach helps to drive desired outcomes while forging close links between context, human experience and operational viability. Her approach is inclusive, focussed, and values people over process.
Steph holds a Bachelor in Computer Science (Dean’s Merit) and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology - Honours). She is currently undertaking further study and international accreditation in organisational coaching and business leadership.
