The team
ThinkPlace was founded in Canberra in 2005 by Principal John Body. Principal Jim Scully opened an office in Wellington in 2009. The team as a whole has over 30 years of professional strategy and design experience in the public and private sectors. It started with an idea of “vision to reality” and since then has grown to a strong team that is big enough to support multiple and complex initiatives but small enough to provide personalised and customised client attention.
We are a multi-disciplinary group of people, able to bring different skill sets and strengths to any client assignment. Some of us are strategic and highly conceptual, some are analytical and some are very hands-on and practical. And we’re all good with people and driven to achieve the best results for our clients to ensure we create a great user experience with them. Our client engagements are characterised by richness of insight and perspectives, balance and variety of approaches, and focus to achieve the best outcomes in tangible terms.
